Refunds

My short version: if Pro isn’t right for you, ask within the refund window and you get the full price back, no reason needed. The formal policy follows.

Refund window

If Pro is not right for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the full price. You do not need to give a reason. If the law where you live gives you a longer right to cancel, that applies instead.

If you live in the EU, EEA or UK, you may have a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase, unless you agreed at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose that right. Link, as the seller of record, handles that.

How to ask

• Write to support@skynthesis.app with your order number or the email address you bought with.

Link (Stripe), our merchant of record, processes every refund back to the original payment method, whether you ask us or Link support. How long the money takes to arrive depends on your bank or card issuer.

After a refund

The key from a fully refunded payment stops unlocking Pro, and so does the key from a payment with an open or lost dispute. A partial refund does not revoke a key. The app notices at its next licence check, within about eight days, and then goes back to the Free limits. Your projects and skins stay on your Mac and keep working in Serum 2.

Who decides

Inside the refund window, we approve every request. After it, we may still refund at our discretion, and Link can also refund within 60 days of purchase in some cases, or whenever the law where you live requires it (see how Managed Payments works).

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any refund rights you have under consumer law where you live.
